Artwork Setup

Display your school pride with custom artwork! Your logo or crest can be used on Diplomas, Diploma Covers, Custom Stoles and select Announcements. Our professional staff will work with you to ensure your design looks its best. Here's how the artwork setup works:

• There's a one-time, $50 charge to get your artwork into a high-quality, usable format and set you up in our system. This includes up to 3 rounds of proofs from our graphic artist (additional proofs are $15 each).
• You can choose to use your artwork on Diplomas, Diploma Covers, Custom Stoles and/or select Announcements. Each of these products requires an additional one-time setup fee between $25 and $50.
• Our graphic artist will work with you to determine the look, sizing and placement of your artwork on the products you've selected. We'll do all the necessary setup in our system, and you'll then be able to order your chosen products - customized with your artwork - at any time!

Uploading Your Artwork

• Upload the highest-quality version that you have access to. A vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG file types) is ideal, but if you don't have this, just upload the best version you have. The graphic artist who designed your crest/logo may be a good source for a high-quality file.
• There may be an additional art charge (first hour free) if we need to adjust your artwork due to poor quality or if it needs significant changes to work with our process.
• By uploading your artwork, you agree that you're the owner of the artwork and that you consent and authorize Cornerstone Graduate Supply, Inc. to reproduce the work, and that you indemnify, defend and hold Cornerstone Graduate Supply, Inc harmless from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction of the work.
