Custom Crest Options
Represent your school’s unique identity! Your crest or logo can be added to several core products:
- On Diplomas, as a 1- or 2-color foil seal
- On Diploma Covers, foil-embossed in Silver or Gold
- On select graduation announcements
Our professional staff will work with you to ensure your design looks its best. And once your artwork is set up in our system, we keep it on hand for quick and immediate use on your future orders!
Custom Diploma Wording
Further personalize your diploma with our Custom Wording option! This is especially useful if you offer several degree programs (General, Honors, Occupational, etc.), seminary degrees, or tailor-made certificates. The entire text of the diploma can be edited and saved (see below) as a template.
Do your diplomas need more than 2 signatures? We can accommodate up to 4 customizable signature lines on every diploma.
To use the Custom Wording option, we’ll have to grant special permission to your user account. Contact us to get started!
Easy Ordering from Year to Year
All your favorite items and custom designs can be saved in your account for easy ordering in the future. No need to remember your options or dig up your order history! Just use your “My Favorites” list to easily access your items and add your student info.
Here’s how to save your diploma design:
Step 1: Design
Make sure you’ve created an account on our website and are logged in. Then, use our Personalized Diploma order form to design your document. Leave the Student Name and Date fields blank, since these will change from diploma to diploma and year to year. Select all the options you’ll normally want: seal, paper, wording, diploma cover, etc.
Step 2: Save
When you’re happy with your design, click “Save to Favorites” (it’s next to the “Add To Cart” button). You’ll be prompted to name the design, then it will be saved in your account under “My Favorites”. And don’t worry – you can always make changes to the design later using the “Edit” link.
Step 3: Order
To order diplomas from your saved design, just click “Reorder”; the order form will open with your design pre-loaded. Enter your student’s name and graduation date. You can also make any one-time edits – i.e. adding an honors seal for a specific student. Add the diploma to your cart, and you’re ready to add other items or check out!
