The covers are in stock and ready to ship, and if you already have a Stamping Die on file with us we can fulfill your order in as few as 2 business days. However, if you are a new customer or are submitting new artwork, the process of creating your Stamping Die will add several days to your order.

If your Stamping Die is already on file, you delivery options will be:

• Expedited Delivery: Arrives in 2 Business Days
• Accelerated Delivery: Arrives in 4 Business Days
• Standard Delivery: Arrives in 5-7 Business Days

If you're submitting new artwork, you delivery options will be:

• Expedited Delivery: Arrives in 11 Business Days
• Accelerated Delivery: Arrives in 13 Business Days
• Standard Delivery: Arrives in 14-16 Business Days

When you check out, you'll see the specific delivery date options for your order under "Delivery Options".

We use your artwork to create a metal stamping die. This involves a one-time, $100 setup fee and adds 5 business days to the production of your order.

We then keep your die on file so it's available for your future orders! This means your future orders can ship in as little as one business day, and you won't have that setup charge again unless you need to change your custom design.

Pricing is based on the total quantity you order:

*Pricing for the line of text is calculated as follows: $10.99 setup fee + $1 per cover. You'll see the setup fee as a separate charge in your shopping cart.

Our padded diploma covers are wrapped with a high-quality smooth leatherette. All of the color options are handsome muted tones that elevate the occasion and work well with our graduate regalia.

The 7x9, 11x14, and 2-document covers are only available in Black and Navy.

Your design is hot-foil stamped into the front of your diploma cover using a shiny gold or silver foil. The process embosses the gold down into the surface of the cover for a three-dimensional look.

We recommend the Optima font if you have an all-caps acronym in your custom text, or if you want the text to be stamped in all capital letters. The Old English font doesn't read well in all-caps.

Both gold and silver are beautiful options. Gold is the most popular, and coordinates well with the gold corner ribbons inside the cover.

Note that there's a $1.99-per-order setup fee for the Silver foil.

What is this?

Type your text just as you want it to appear. Note that we cannot do the following special characters: % # / * ( ). There's room for up to 35 characters here.

What if my text is more than 35 characters?

If you're just a couple characters over the limit, please call us at (877) 466-2563 to confirm if your text will fit in our stamping machine. Otherwise, we recommend using 2 lines of custom text.

If your 2nd line of text is a continuation of the first line, choose 'Same Font Size'. However, if the 2nd line is a separate phrase, such as "Class of 2023" or "Chicago, Illinois", we recommend the smaller font size for a more ballanced look.
