What if I'm not happy with my order?
We are standing by to assist. If you are not completely delighted in our products or service please contact us and we will do our absolute best to make it right!
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We are speedy! Your order may be in production just 1 hour after you submit it. If you need to alter or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. We always will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I am owed a refund?
If for some reason (change or cancelation of order, etc.) we end up needing to refund all or part of your payment, we’ll immediately issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your payment (check, credit card, etc.). If we are unable to refund to your credit or debit card due to your account being closed, we will issue a payment via check or money order after 90 days.
What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
We will do everything we can to get your order delivered on time. For example, if your order gets lost or damaged in shipping, we may remake the order and ship it out again. However, please understand that we are not magicians and cannot teleport your order to you, so please contact us ASAP so we have adequate time to handle your concern. In cases of extreme urgency we may not be able to deliver in time, and if so we will refund your shipping cost – and, if necessary, refund your order.
What if my gown doesn't fit?

What about the legitimacy of my diploma?
We are not a school or an accrediting agency and do not “issue” diplomas, carry out testing, or verify the information on the diplomas. Rather, we provide printing and graphic arts service to school administrators (including homeschool parents) who wish to issue a diploma. By purchasing a diploma from us, you take sole responsibility for the claims made on the diploma.
We do not sell diplomas directly to students, nor do we sell “replacement,” “novelty” or “honorary” diplomas. We sell diplomas only to those who have the authority to issue them, which includes administrators of established schools, including parents in compliance with the homeschooling statutes in their state. We reserve (and exercise) the right to refuse to do business with those whom we believe are attempting to purchase a diploma for the purpose of deceit. For legitimate customers, we reserve the right to require a different school name on the diploma if the name provided is a third party that issues their own diplomas.
Objectionable Language in Custom Text
We reserve the right to refuse to print, on any product, text that includes obscenities, racial slurs, or is sexually explicit or advocates physical violence.
